Payments
We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, major credit cards, Klarna, and CareCredit. Payment of the remaining balance is due in full on the day of your pet’s admission into our facility.
Please note, we do not accept personal checks.
Pet Insurance
We may be covered! If you have pet insurance, please check with them prior to your appointment. We are happy to assist with any information they need to process your claim.

We’re pleased to accept CareCredit, a healthcare credit card designed to help you manage your pet’s medical expenses with ease and flexibility. NuCat offers 6-month and 24-month deferred interest plans through CareCredit—so you can give your cat the care they need now, and pay over time with no interest if paid in full within the promotional period.

Deposit
Please note, a non-refundable deposit will be taken approximately 48-72 hours prior to
your appointment to cover ordering the radioiodine from the nuclear pharmacy.
Discount
We also offer a discount to non-profit rescues and shelters (501(c) required). We
appreciate your adoption efforts and know it can be a struggle to rehome pets with
medical needs. We’d love to help.
