The Referral Process
Your primary veterinarian plays a key role in your cat’s ongoing healthcare. If you feel like your cat may be a candidate for our treatment, please discuss this with your veterinarian to obtain a referral to our facility. If they feel your cat may be a candidate, or if they have questions on how to determine if your cat is a potential candidate, they may send us your cat’s complete medical records or contact us directly for guidance.

Medical Record Review
Once we receive your pet's medical records, including all blood tests and diagnostics, our team will thoroughly review them to assess whether your cat is a suitable candidate. We will also arrange any necessary prerequisites, coordinating with your primary veterinarian. This information will be shared with you and the veterinarian to streamline the process.
